"Do you offer a photocopying service?"
We do. Our photocopying service is one of the most popular services we have on offer in store. We can photocopy up to A3 size. Please enquire in store to find out pricing.
"What are your opening times?"
Our current opening times are featured on our website. We keep those up to date, please ignore other websites which claim to know our opening times as they may be wrong. Visit www.axworthysdirect.co.uk/opening-times
"if i send you an email, are you able to print it for me?"
We certainly can! Email any documents/images that you require printing with printing instructions to print@axworthysdirect.co.uk
"DO YOU HAVE A FAXING SERVICE?"
We do, our faxing service is a popular service that we have on offer in store. Don't worry about having to use the machinery yourself, just bring your document/image that needs faxing in store and a member of staff will happily fax it through to the number you provide.
"DO YOU SELL GIFT VOUCHERS?"
We do gift vouchers. Our gift vouchers are available in £5, £10 & £20 and are valid for 6 months from purchase date. These are all available at the front till point.
"WHAT IS THE LARGEST YOU CAN PRINT UP TO?"
The largest we can print up to is A3 size (which is roughly double the size of an A4 sheet).
"What discounts do you offer?"
We do offer student discounts and NHS discount, all year round. Our discount offer is 10% off when you spend over £5 with a valid student/NHS ID presented at the till point upon purchase. Please note this discount cannot be applied to sale or reduced items.
"CAN I PAY BY CARD?"
Of course! Contactless payments also available - including Apple, Android & Smart Watch payment. We do kindly request that credit card payments are used on transactions over £5 due to charges incurred by Worldpay.
"Do you have a laminating service?"
We do. This service is available for sizes as small as credit cards up to A3 size (double the size of an A4 for those who are unsure of an A3 size).
"DO YOU OFFER A DOCUMENT BINDING SERVICE?"
We do not currently offer a binding service, but this may be something we will look into providing a service for in the future.
"CAN I PRINT OFF MY BOARDING PASS FOR MY FLIGHT?"
Certainly, if you email them to us via axworthysltd@live.co.uk we will be happy to print it for you. We cannot log on to the flight providers website and log in with your details so please make sure you email them to us prior to coming in store.
"DO YOU SELL POSTAGE STAMPS?"
Yes, first and second class available to purchase in singles - subject to stock.
ARE YOU OPEN ON BANK HOLIDAYS?
No, not usually. If we do open on upcoming Bank Holidays we do announce this on our social media pages. If there are no announcements regarding being open on an upcoming Bank Holiday then we will be closed.
